Storing reports on CD or DVD

CDs and DVDs have the advantage that they can be safely, efficiently and permanently stored by the document holder. A very large quantity of information can be stored on CDs and DVDs. Time has little or no effect on CDs and DVDs, the pages don't fade or curl!
